Oxysterols are a type of oxidized derivatives of cholesterol. There has been study showing that oxysterols play important roles in many biological processes, including cholesterol homeostasis, atherosclerosis progression and apoptosis, etc. MtoZ Biolabs offers oxysterol analysis service using ACQUITY UPLC/TripleQuad5500 (Waters/AB Sciex), which has characteristics of high accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity. We guarantee accurate analysis of oxysterols even in low abundance. With our optimized sample preparation methods, interference from high-abundance dominant metabolites can be hugely reduced, thus further increasing detecting sensitivity.
